Hello, I’m Margarita González
I have always been guided by curiosity, compassion, and a deep connection to nature. I studied medicine with the desire to help heal not only the body, but also the mind and spirit. Very early in my career, I realized that conventional answers were not enough, and I began a journey across continents in search of a deeper, more human approach to health. Along the way, I discovered functional medicine and integrative nutrition—fields that brought together everything I had been seeking: modern science, a holistic perspective, prevention, personalization, and the profound connection between mind and body.
Today, I support each person’s health journey with attentive listening, presence, and respect for their story. My practice blends scientific tools with therapeutic approaches that foster self-regulation, regeneration, and balance—recognizing that the body has an innate ability to heal when given the right conditions.
My purpose is to help you reconnect with yourself, with your vital energy, and with a form of health that is both sustainable and authentic.
My training has taken me through Colombia, Australia, Nepal, India, Thailand, Bali, and Spain, allowing me to immerse myself in diverse medical and spiritual traditions—from evidence-based Western medicine to the ancestral wisdom of yoga, Buddhism, meditation, and energy-based healing.
